The device features a large, backlit graphics LCD that presents information in clear, easy-to-read characters, complemented by straightforward menu navigation for efficient access to the gauge’s extensive features and settings. Data transfer to PCs or other data collectors is facilitated through various outputs including USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo (Digimatic), and analog.
These gauges come equipped with onboard memory capable of storing up to 50 readings, along with the capability for statistical analysis and PC data output. Integrated set points with indicators make these gauges perfect for pass-fail assessments and activating external mechanisms like alarms, relays, or test stands.
Designed with an overload protection of up to 200% of capacity, the gauges also display an analog load bar for a visual cue of the force applied. Their ergonomic, reversible aluminum construction offers versatility for handheld use or mounting on test stands for more complex testing needs.
