M7I Digital Force Gauge

The M7I professional digital force/torque indicator is engineered for compatibility with an extensive array of Mark-10 remote force and torque sensors, featuring the innovative Plug & Test® technology. This technology ensures that all calibration and configuration data are stored within the sensor’s smart connector rather than the indicator itself, facilitating true sensor interchangeability. Moreover, these sensors are designed to be fully compatible with other Mark-10 indicators.

Equipped with an exceptionally fast sampling rate of 14,000 Hz, the M7I delivers accurate and dependable outcomes for tests requiring rapid action. Building upon the capabilities of the 5I indicator, the M7I introduces advanced features such as high-speed continuous data recording and storage, capable of accommodating up to 5,000 readings at a capture rate of up to 14,000 Hz.

Additional functionalities of the M7I include programmable footswitch sequencing, break detection, and dual peak detection, enhancing its versatility for various testing scenarios. It also offers a coefficient of friction measurement option and the ability to define custom measurement units, providing flexibility for specialized testing requirements. To further enhance productivity, the indicator is equipped with automatic features for data output, storage, and zeroing, activated after specific events such as break detection, averaging, external triggering, and peak detections.

The M7I is designed to interface seamlessly with Mark-10 motorized test stands, enabling a wide range of testing functions including break testing, dynamic load holding, and PC control capabilities. The included MESUR® Lite software facilitates the tabulation of continuous or single-point data, with the option for bulk data download from the indicator’s memory. Additionally, a one-click export feature to Excel simplifies the process of data analysis and manipulation.
