MTT03 Torque Gauges

The MTT03 series of digital torque gauges are engineered for both clockwise and counter-clockwise torque testing across a wide array of industries, offering capacities ranging from 10 ozFin to 100 lbFin (7 to 1,150 Ncm). These gauges come equipped with a specialized remote torque sensor featuring a Jacobs chuck, which facilitates the gripping of samples, bits, or fixtures. Constructed with a durable aluminum housing, the gauges are versatile for either hand-held usage or mounting on a test stand for more complex testing scenarios.

With a sampling rate of 2,000 Hz, the TT03 series ensures precise measurements under diverse testing conditions. The gauges boast a backlit graphic LCD that displays information in large, easy-to-read characters and includes a menu for easy access to the device’s features and settings. Additionally, a USB output feature supports efficient data collection.

For pass-fail testing, set point indicators are integrated into the gauges. They are designed with overload protection up to 150% of their capacity, and feature an analog load bar on the display for a visual representation of the force being applied.

Included with the gauges is the MESUR® Lite data acquisition software, which aids in the tabulation of both continuous and individual data points. The software also offers a one-click export function to Excel, facilitating further analysis and manipulation of the collected data.
