Features of CT200 Coating Thickness Gauge

Two thickness measuring methods of magnetic and eddy current are used. The first one, it can measure the thickness of the non-magnetic coating layer on the magnetic metal substrate. The second one, it can measure the thickness of the non-conductive coating layer on the non-magnetic metal substrate.
There are two measuring modes single or continuous. Single mode: high-precision measurement mode can average multiple measurements and automatically filter suspicious values to ensure more accurate and stable testing values; Continuous mode: fast measurement can realize real-time scanning function to save time.
Having temperature compensation function: The domestic leading real-time temperature compensation technology can automatically compensate the measurement error which is caused by the environment temperature and the temperature change of the probe, making the measurement values more accurate.
There are 5 statistics: mean value (MEAN), max. value (MAX), min. value (MIN), Number of measurement (No.), standard deviation (S.DEV).
Split body (connected between sensor and instrument by a lead wire), no need to replace probe, it can realize automatic conversion between iron and aluminum.
Supporting real-time upload of coating thickness via Bluetooth.
