The M7 Series professional digital force gauges are engineered for advanced tension and compression measurement tasks, accommodating forces up to 500 lbF (2500 N). These gauges boast an impressive accuracy of ±0.1% and an exceptionally high sampling rate of 14,000 Hz, ensuring precise and dependable outcomes for rapid-testing scenarios.
Building upon the capabilities of the Series 5 gauges, the Series 7 models introduce enhanced functionalities, including high-speed continuous data recording and storage, capable of holding up to 5,000 data points at rates as high as 14,000 Hz. Additional features of the Series 7 gauges encompass programmable footswitch sequencing, break detection, and dual peak detection capabilities. These models also introduce a coefficient of friction measurement option and allow for custom measurement units. To boost efficiency, automatic features for data output, storage, and zeroing are integrated, activating after break detection, averaging, external triggering, and peak detections.
Designed for seamless integration with Mark-10 test stands like the ESM303, the M7 Series gauges facilitate a broad spectrum of testing applications, including break, tensile, compression, and dynamic load tests, along with PC control functionalities.
Included with the gauges is the MESUR® Lite software, which simplifies data collection, whether continuous or at single points. The software features easy export options to Excel for advanced data analysis and manipulation.
