The TT02 Series Torque Tool Testers offer an efficient and precise method for evaluating the performance of manual, electric, and pneumatic torque screwdrivers, wrenches, and other tools. These compact and durable testers are designed to thrive in production settings. They feature a universal 3/8" square receptacle that accommodates a wide range of bits and attachments. The TT02 is capable of capturing peak torque values in both directions and can calculate both the 1st and 2nd peaks, making it particularly useful for testing click-type tools. With an impressively fast sampling rate of 7,000 Hz and an accuracy of ±0.3%, it ensures dependable and uniform testing outcomes.
The TT02 is equipped with advanced features that boost productivity, such as USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo, and analog outputs, along with automatic functionalities for data output, zeroing, and storage upon tool activation. It can store up to 1,000 readings and offers pass/fail indicators and outputs. To protect against unauthorized modifications, password protection for settings and calibration is included.
Included with the TT02 testers is the MESUR® Lite data acquisition software, which simplifies the process of compiling continuous or single-point data. The software also supports bulk downloading of data from the TT02’s memory and features a one-click export to Excel for enhanced data analysis. It is important to note that these testers are not intended for use with impact tools.
