CT100 Coating Thickness Gauge

This device is a compact, portable gauge that combines magnetic and eddy current principles to measure coating thickness swiftly, non-destructively, and with precision. Designed for versatility, it is suitable for use in both laboratory settings and on project sites. Its applications span across manufacturing, metal processing, the chemical industry, and commodity inspection, among other testing domains. As an essential tool for material protection, this instrument meets a broad range of industry needs.

Features of CT100 Coating Thickness Gauge

  • Two thickness measurement methods, magnetic and eddy current, are used, which can measure the thickness of the non-magnetic coating layer on the magnetic metal substrate and the thickness of the non-conductive coating layer on the non-magnetic metal substrate.

  • There are two measuring modes single or continuous. Single mode: high-precision measurement mode can average multiple measurements and automatically filter suspicious data to ensure more accurate and stable measurement values; Continuous mode: fast measurement can realize real-time scanning function.

  • With temperature compensation function: The domestic leading real-time temperature compensation technology can automatically compensate the measurement error caused by the environment temperature and the temperature change of the probe, making the measurement more accurate.

  • Equipped with a Bluetooth adapter, it can be plugged into the computer to connect to the upper computer software, making it easy to view data and export data documents.
